This patient came unhappy to the office with his smile. He was looking to date again and wanted more confidence in his smile. He complained that his teeth were worn down and discolored. Through examination it was evident that his front teeth had fillings that were discolored, flat anterior teeth that were giving him an appearance of older age, and the back side of his teeth were also thin and worn down. After discussion it was recommended to do some porcelain crowns all the way around his front teeth for better protection and appearance. As you can see the final result the patient was very happy with his new smile. We went a shade lighter to give him a brighter smile as well as added length to the front teeth giving him a more youthful appearance.
