This patient had a tooth missing and had missing bone after I saw her. She did not have enough bone for an implant as her buccal wall had collapsed after the extraction. I recommended a bone graft at implant placement to give the implant more tissue around the buccal wall. The patient now has a well-restored beautiful implant/crown that will last many years.
